PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT LUHAI INDUSTRIAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Luhai Industrial, Cikande, Serang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 344 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 77 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan.Referensi
