Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

GENERAL INFORMASTION FOR AUTHOR

  1. In review process, The Asia Pacific Journal of Management Studies impose One Round Blind Peer Review. It means, submitted manuscript will be reviewed by reviewer and we will reject unapprove first revised manuscript.
  2. The Asia Pacific Journal of Management Studies is strongly avoid plagiarism.
  3. Every accepted manuscript, will be published in open-access journal system of STIE La Tansa Mashiro.
  4. Author who its manuscript is published, won't get fee from publisher.
  5. Unaccepted manuscript able to submitted to another relevant journal.

ONLINE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors need to register first as a writer and / or reviewers via the address http://jurnalstie.latansamashiro.ac.id/index.php/APJMS/user/register

Authors should complete the form as detailed as possible with the star marked fieldsmust be filled. After all filledclick the Register button to registerThen the authorwill be brought to the Online Submission interface and click the "New Submission"button. For starting a New Manuscript Submission, follow the steps below:

  1. Step 1. Starting the Submission: Choose appropriate journal section, in this case, choose article.
  2. Step 2. Uploading the Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click Browse and choose manuscript file to be sent, then click Upload button. To continue the process click Save and continue button.
  3. Step 3. Entering the Submission's Metadata: In this step, enter the metadata writers in detail. Including the manuscript title and abstract.
  4. Step 4. Uploading Supplementary Files: Additional files should be uploaded as well. Click the Browse button, select the file and click the Upload button. Click Save and continue to go to the next step.
  5. Step 5. Confirming the Submission: The author should do final check for the manuscript that have been uploaded. To send this manuscript to The Asia Pacific Journal of Management Studies, click the Finish Submission.

After submitting the manuscript , the author will receive a receipt via email.

 

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts should pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not meet the stated requirements, there is a possibility that the manuscript will be returned.

  1. Manuscript are written both in Indonesian or English.
  2. All manuscript typed 1.5 spaced with a New Roman font 12 on A4 paper (size 210 x 297 mm) and using the following margins: top (4 cm); left (4 cm); Under (3 cm); and right (3 cm).
  3. The manuscript is accompanied by an abstract in English and Indonesian, except for English text that is quite abstract in English. 1.15 typed abstract spaces. Abstract of about 100-150 words.
  4. The composition of the manuscript as follows: Title, Author, Email Author, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Implications and Conclusion, and References.
  5. The content is structured as follows: INTRODUCTION about 7 pages (which explains the problem, formulation of the problem, the main objective, theoretical studies, the hypothesis if any); RESEARCH METHODOLOGY about 3 pages (describe the research methods, techniques of sampling, instrument development, data analysis techniques); RESULTS and DISCUSSION about 12 pages (the results of the research, the results of hypothesis testing (quantitative), the findings of the study (qualitative) and discussion); Implications and Conclusions about 2 pages; References (including references in the text).
  6. Manuscript must be accompanied with the address and a brief biography of the author.
  7. Reference using APA style, with references published 10 years earlier
  8. The manuscript is sent in the form of a Doc, PDF, or RTF
