DETERMINASI YANG BERKONTRIBUSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Padang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 40 karyawan yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja lebih dipengaruhi oleh kuatnya komitmen organisasi dibandingkan gaya kepemimpinan.Referensi
