Meningkatkan Inovasi pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Berbasis Pariwisata: Modal Manusia dan Sosial, Budaya Organisasi, serta Proses Manajemen Pengetahuan

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh praktik sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang mendukung modal manusia dan modal sosial, serta budaya yang mendukung modal struktural terhadap inovasi, sekaligus peran mediasi proses manajemen pengetahuan (knowledge management/KM) pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) berbasis pariwisata di Kabupaten Lebak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 387 karyawan pada 30 BUMDes melalui survei kuesioner terstruktur. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak AMOS 26.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya mediasi penuh dari proses KM antara praktik SDM berbasis modal manusia (HCHRP), praktik SDM berbasis modal sosial (SCHRP), budaya birokrasi (BOC), dan inovasi. Sementara itu, proses KM memediasi secara parsial pengaruh budaya inovatif-kompetitif (IOC) terhadap inovasi. Proses KM terbukti memiliki kapasitas prediktif yang kuat terhadap inovasi, yang mengindikasikan bahwa praktik SDM yang mendukung modal manusia serta budaya inovatif-kompetitif secara signifikan berkontribusi pada proses KM dan inovasi karyawan di BUMDes.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pengelola SDM dan manajemen pengetahuan di BUMDes untuk memanfaatkan praktik SDM dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja inovatif karyawan maupun organisasi. Lebih jauh, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi pada literatur mengenai modal intelektual dan pengetahuan.Referensi
