PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL DAN SUARA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KREATIVITAS KARYAWAN : STUDI KAUSAL PADA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN LISTRIK NEGARA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional dalam menumbuhkan suara karyawan, yang selanjutnya mempengaruhi kreativitas karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan ini terhadap suara karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan terhadap karyawan profesional dan atasannya yang melibatkan 103 karyawan Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) di Indonesia. Pendekatan dua langkah yang menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terhadap suara karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini memperkuat dampak langsung yang positif dan patut diperhatikan dari kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan suara karyawan terhadap peningkatan kreativitas karyawan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional dalam memberdayakan karyawan untuk mengekspresikan pendapat dan ide mereka, yang pada akhirnya menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi kreativitas dalam organisasi. Wawasan ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi para pemimpin dan manajer organisasi dalam memanfaatkan gaya kepemimpinan secara efektif untuk mendorong keterlibatan dan kreativitas karyawan.Referensi
