Daftar Tilik Penyerahan Naskah

Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Panduan Penulis

I.         Citations in the text: When citing information, views or opinions of someone other writers, the author's name listed with the year of publication in parentheses. The author's name should be included in the References.

Example:

(Ivancevich, Konopaske, & Matteson, 2008)

While the text of the second source in which the author did not read the original source but read from other sources (second source) who cite the original source.

Example:

“...a study by the Ivancevich, Konopaske, & Matteson, (2008), as cited in in Dahuri, et al. (2009), says…”

And if the expression of several sources, all references in the text can be written using the brackets lined with semi-columns.

Example:

(Ivancevich, Konopaske, & Matteson, 2008; Robbins & Judge, 2007)

 

II.      Book Reference: Last name, first name of the author. Year of publication. The title of the book. City publisher: Publisher.

Example:

Ivancevich, John M., Robert Konopaske, and Michael T. Matteson. 2008. Organization Behavior and Management. Singapore: McGraw-Hill International.

III.   From Journal: last name, first name of the author. Year of publication. "the title of the article", the name of the journal, vol (journal number): pages

Example:

Rehman, Shams Ur, et al. “Perceived Leadership Styles and Organizational Commitment. Interdisciplinary Journal of Contemporary Research in Business. Vol. 4, No 1, 2012. pp: 616-626.

IV.   From the thesis or dissertation: last name, first name of the author. Year of publication. Title thesis/dissertation. Doctoral Dissertation or Thesis Masters. College name, city or country.

Example:

Cahyono, Dwi. 2008. Persepsi Ketidakpastian Lingkungan, Ambiguitas Peran dan Konflik Peran sebagai Mediasi antara Program Mentoring dengan Kepuasan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja dan Niat Ingin Pindah: Studi Empiris di Lingkungan Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Besar. Disertasi Doktor. Semarang: Universitas Diponegoro.

V.      From the the website: Institution or Organization name. Year. The title referred to the information written in italic. The location in the Internet. URL address, date of access.

Example:

Australian Surveying and Land Information Group. 1995. Products and Services. http://www.auslig.gov.au/welcome.htm, 12 November 2010.
