PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSETS (ROA) DAN CURRENT RATIO (CR) TERHADAP PRICE TO BOOK VALUE (PBV) PADA PERUSAHAAN LQ45 YANG TERCATAT DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2023-2025

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) on Price to Book Value (PBV) of companies included in the LQ45 index and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2023–2025 period. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The data used are secondary data obtained from companies’ annual financial reports and annual reports. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 28 companies observed over a three-year period, with a total of 84 observations. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 32 through multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that ROA has no significant effect on PBV, with a significance value of 0.314 > 0.05. Meanwhile, CR has a positive and significant effect on PBV, with a significance value of 0.013 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.186. Simultaneously, ROA and CR have a significant effect on PBV, as indicated by an F-value of 4.162 with a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.093 indicates that ROA and CR are able to explain 9.3% of the variation in PBV, while the remaining 90.7% is explained by other factors outside the research model.References
