Abstract

This research aims to empower Islamic boarding school teachers at the Qothrotul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Cikulur sub-district in creating an enjoyable learning process. The method used in this community service activity is through structured, systematic and well-planned work procedures through 3 stages, namely preparation, training and workshops as well as evaluation in this program including: 1. Approach through the process of analyzing the availability of supporting learning facilities and infrastructure. fun such as games or ice breaking and the use of learning media 2). Designing a model for implementing each activity; 3). The approach is through implementing training activities, workshops and training for teachers in English language learning and implementing English language learning media. 4. Approach by optimizing the use of facilities and infrastructure available at the Qothrotul Falah Cikulur Islamic boarding school, Lebak-Banten. The data used in this research refers to documentation and observation materials as primary sources, and other scientific method books as supporting (secondary) materials. The results of this PkM research state that empowering Qothrotul Falah Cikulur Islamic Boarding School teachers through enjoyable English learning is equipping teachers with active and creative learning practices in the form of knowledge and skills. . Learning English is one of the lessons that students must learn and is a daily conversation lesson that is applied in the Islamic boarding school environment. Besides that, Islamic boarding schools are able to provide optimal foreign language skills by providing fun learning
