Abstrak

The development of digital technology provides significant opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance operational efficiency and expand marketing reach. In the florist sector, bouquet ordering processes are often still performed manually through direct communication or personal messages, making them prone to record-keeping errors, delayed confirmations, and incomplete transaction documentation. The development method uses the SDLC Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The results indicate that the application improves ordering processes to become faster, more systematic, and well-documented. Key features include a product catalog, customer data management, transaction history, order notifications, and a sales dashboard for MSME owners. Functional testing shows that all features operate effectively and contribute to improving florist business efficiency, particularly in managing orders and customer relationships. Therefore, the application has the potential to serve as a digital solution supporting the transformation of florist MSMEs toward a more modern and measurable business process.
