IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MONITORING KETERSEDIAAN STOK DAN PESANAN COFFEE SHOP BERBASIS IOT DAN JARINGAN NIRKABEL REAL-TIME

Abstrak

In the current digital era, the utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) technology offers significant opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across various sectors, including the food and beverage industry such as coffee shops. This study discusses the implementation of a stock and order monitoring system for coffee shops based on IoT and supported by a real-time wireless network. The system is designed to automatically provide information about the quantity of raw materials such as coffee beans, milk, and sugar, as well as incoming customer orders processed through a digital cashier systemThe main goal of this system is to facilitate management in supervising inventory and processing orders efficiently, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual checks. The system was tested in a simulated coffee shop environment and showed the ability to deliver accurate and up-to-date information with minimal delay. With this system, the risk of running out of stock can be minimized, and the ordering process becomes faster and more transparent, ultimately enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
