BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE BERBASIS POWER BI DALAM MENDUKUNG KINERJA KEPUTUSAN MANAJERIAL: TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

The implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) has become an important element in supporting managerial decision-making in data-driven organizations. Microsoft Power BI, as a popular BI platform, provides data integration, interactive visualization, and real-time analytics that have the potential to enhance decision quality. However, academic studies examining the implications of Power BI for managerial decision performance remain limited and lack comprehensive analysis. This study aims to analyze the impact of Business Intelligence implementation based on Power BI on managerial decision performance through a Systematic Literature Review of relevant scholarly articles published between 2019 and 2025. The findings indicate that Power BI contributes positively to improvements in information quality, decision-making speed, and decision rationality, particularly at the operational and tactical levels. Nevertheless, research addressing the impact of Power BI on long-term strategic decision-making remains limited and warrants further investigation.References
