PERANCANGAN SISTEM MONITORING ANTRIAN JASA STEAM KENDARAAN MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI IOT DAN JARINGAN NIRKABEL
Abstract
The development of Internet of Things (IoT) and wireless networks provides opportunities to improve the efficiency of vehicle steam service, especially in queue management. This study aims to design a real-time queue monitoring system using IoT technology integrated with wireless networks. This system enables customers and service managers to monitor queue positions without being physically present. The design method uses an embedded system approach with queue sensors and Wi-Fi communication modules. Test results show the system can provide accurate queue information with minimal delay, increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.References
