Faktor -Faktor yang Menentukan Kinerja Guru Bahasa Inggris pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Banten
Abstrak
This study aims to obtain information about the performance of English teachers who are influenced by organizational culture, managerial skills and job satisfaction. Using a causal study through a survey at Public Elementary Schools in Lebak Banten, with a population of 125 English teachers, using a random sampling technique, 50 English teachers were taken, data for each variable were collected separately by the respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression. The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an effect of managerial ability on performance, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, managerial ability and job satisfaction together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, managerial ability, and job satisfaction in planning and developing human resources in public elementary schools in Banten Province.Referensi
