Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (a case study at the Barokah Mini Market in Jakarta). This study used quantitative methods. Data were collected from primary data by distributing questionnaires structured based on the indicators of each variable. The sample in this study was determined using the Margin of Error (MOE) formula. The results show that service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has no direct effect on customer loyalty, price has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, price has an effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty, service quality has no direct effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and price has no direct effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.References
