Analisis Teknik Budidaya Dan Morfologi Ikan Mas (Cyprinus Sp) Pada Keramba Kayu (Kerangkeng) Di Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek

Abstract

Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek has the Citorek river which is used by the community to cultivate fish using wooden cages (kerangkeng). This research aims to determine the morphology of Sinyonya and Kumpay Fish in wooden cages (kerangkeng). This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The instrument used in collecting data were observation, documentation, interviews using purposive sampling techniques. The research results obtained were 15 fish. Namely 14 Sinyonya fish, and 1 Kumpay fish. The length of Sinyonya and Kumpay fish ranges from 20 cm- 60 cm, and their weight is between 300 gr – 8 kg. The cultivation process starts from preparing a pond filled with injuk and elephant fern grass, to hatching the eggs into larvae. The type of wood used in the cages is Rasamala (Altingia excelsa) which is taken directly from the Citorek forest. Key words: Cultivation, Goldfish (Cyprinus sp), wooden cage.
