IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM KEUANGAN SANGO DALAM PENCATATAN TRANSAKSI SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN AKURASI DAN TRANSPARANSI DI YAYASAN PUSAT INOVASI KESEHATAN

Abstrak

This Community Service activity was carried out at the Health Innovation Center Foundation (PIKAT) located in Renon, South Denpasar, a non-profit organization focused on research and development in health sciences. The problem faced by the foundation was that financial transaction recording was still done manually using Microsoft Excel, resulting in financial information that was not detailed, real-time, and integrated. This program aims to improve the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of financial management through the implementation of the SANGO Financial System. The implementation method included understanding and training on recording transactions using the SANGO application, migrating financial data from Microsoft Excel to SANGO, and mentoring daily transaction recording to ensure accuracy that supports the foundation's financial management. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of the use of the SANGO application, the successful transfer of financial data to the SANGO application, and more organized transaction recording. It is hoped that with optimal implementation of this system, the foundation can improve the regularity of recording, strengthen financial transparency, and support more professional institutional management
