Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to improve service efficiency in micro-scale vehicle steam businesses in Lebak by implementing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based queue management system. Business operators often face unmanaged queues, resulting in time inefficiencies and customer dissatisfaction. The developed system utilized ESP32, infrared sensors, LCD, and buzzers to create a more organized and measurable digital queue flow. Training and system installation were conducted for 15 business owners in Cijoro Village. The implementation results showed a 46% reduction in customer waiting time, increased service capacity, and fewer queue-related complaints. The program also enhanced digital literacy and technical independence among participants. With its affordability and replicable design, the system offers a practical digital solution for other service-based MSMEs
