OPTIMALISASI LAYANAN LAUNDRY MELALUI APLIKASI MONITORING BERBASIS IoT: SOLUSI TEKNOLOGI DALAM EFISIENSI USAHA

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the operational efficiency of Kampus Laundry SMEs through the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and a monitoring application. The partner's main issues include low visibility of machine status, energy waste, and limited manual record-keeping. The proposed solution involved training and demonstrating the use of an IoT-based monitoring application that enables real-time tracking of laundry machine operations. The results indicate increased partner understanding of digitalization and technology adoption, along with enthusiasm to implement the system in daily operations. This initiative is expected to reduce machine idle time, enhance energy efficiency, and improve customer service quality. The program also serves as a tangible implementation of the university’s Tri Dharma mission and its commitment to supporting the digital transformation of SMEs
