Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the capacity of young entrepreneurs at Darul Muta’allimin Islamic Boarding School through training in digitalizing laundry services using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The program addresses challenges in conventional laundry operations, such as long queues, manual recordkeeping, and inefficient services. The training included sessions on MSME digitalization, IoT fundamentals, IoT-based reservation system demonstrations, and simple device configuration practicums. The results showed high enthusiasm from participants and a strong understanding of digitalization and IoT concepts. The introduced reservation system was considered effective in reducing queues, improving service efficiency, and enhancing customer experience. This initiative opens opportunities for broader implementation of IoT-based laundry systems in pesantren environments and supports the economic independence of students.
