Abstract

BUMDes aims to improve the welfare of village communities, the quality of human resources and reduce poverty on an ongoing basis. Because, BUMDes makes a big contribution in creating jobs, providing community needs, and developing community potential. The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Continue Jaya Parage is located in Parage village, Cikulur District, Lebak Regency - Banten. is a company engaged in Wifi services, tent rental and Viar motorbike rental. This time the assistance focuses on one of the village's businesses, namely Wifi Services, where this business really helps with the obstacles faced by the community when communicating via social media, because the village is quite difficult to get an internet network. During community service activities held by the La Tansa Mashiro College of Economics (STIE), students apply the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely by implementing the theories obtained during lectures into practice in the field. Namely, increasing business added value in the form of mentoring, coaching and providing direction and supervising operational activities and system implementation for Mentoring Partners. From the results of the activity, it can be concluded that mentoring partners can use and utilize the payroll application system for their business activities. This is expected to provide detailed, reliable and accurate information so as to minimize the occurrence of errors. 3. Using the payroll application can also help make it easier for mentoring partners to calculate employee salaries for employee absences and can determine the effectiveness and efficiency of employee performance.
