Abstract

The rapid development of mobile technology encourages micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt digital solutions, including in the vehicle washing service sector. Most steam-wash MSMEs still rely on manual processes for managing queues, recording service transactions, and estimating service time, which often leads to inefficiency and low service quality. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based application for booking car and motorcycle wash services, enabling easier reservation processes, improved queue management, and enhanced service professionalism for MSME steam-wash businesses. The research methods include requirements analysis, user interface (UI/UX) design, database implementation, and system testing using the black-box approach. The results indicate that the application successfully provides real-time queue information, manages booking data effectively, and allows customers to conveniently schedule services. The system also supports structured operational documentation to assist MSMEs in evaluation and decision-making processes. Overall, the application improves operational efficiency and service quality, and it offers significant potential for further development through digital payment integration and in-app marketing features.
