Hubungan Umur Dan Paritas Dengan Kejadian Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah (BBLR)

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between age and parity with the incidence of low birth weight at birth mothers. This research is an analytic (quantitative) type control case by using a retrospective approach. Samples in this research were 240 infants (cases). The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate. The incidence of low birth weight of 120 infants (50%) (1: 1). Most (77.9%) of mothers delivered aged 25-35 years. Most (54.6%) maternal parity multiparous. The incidence of low birth weight babies is higher proposinya occur in women aged <20 or> 35 years (67.9%) compared to mothers aged 20-35 years (44.9%). The incidence of low birth weight babies proposinya higher in multiparous mothers (51.1%) compared with primiparous mothers (48.6%).
