Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Managerial Performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population used is all employees in the Company PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk as many as 40 people using the total sampling method. Data collection obtained through primary data. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the Classic Assumption Test consisting of (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test and Autokoleration Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Correlation Analysis Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), and Hypothesis Test consists of (Statistical Test t and Statistical Test F). The results of testing the coefficient of determination showed 76% meaning that the Managerial Performance variable can be explained by the independent variables consisting of Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Style by 76%. Then the results of the statistical test t show that Total Quality Management (X1) has a tcount <t table that is 1.623 <2.03011 with a significance level of 0.114> 0.05, this means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, so Total Quality Management has no partial effect on Managerial Performance of the company PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Organizational Culture (X2) has a tcount> ttable that is 4.298> 2.03011 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, this means that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, so Organizational Culture has a partial effect on Managerial Performance at PT Japfa Comfeed IndonesiaTbk.Gaya Leadership (X3) has a tcount <ttable that is -1.222 <2.03011 with a significance level of 0.228> 0.05, this means that H0 is accepted and H3 is rejected. So that the Leadership Style does not partially influence the Managerial Performance of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. And the test results based on the F statistical test in this study were obtained with the value of Fcount> F table which is 39.083> 2.89 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Then it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. Thus Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Styles influence jointly or simultaneously on Managerial Performance
